Summary | Delegation to the Premium Real Estate EXPO

Proud to conclude another successful participation at the 6th , which took place at the
Metropolitan Expo in Athens and officially ended on Sunday, May 17th.
For the 4th consecutive year, the led a distinguished delegation of Israeli real estate and
hospitality investors, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, headed by Cobi Bitton, CEO of
the Chamber.
This year’s visit was especially intensive, productive, and full of meaningful meetings and
new opportunities. Throughout the expo and forum, we held numerous pre-arranged
business meetings with Greek companies, developers, investors, and strategic partners,
further strengthening the growing economic and investment bridge between Israel and
Greece.
The 6th Premium Real Estate Expo once again proved why it is considered the leading
meeting point for the real estate sector in Greece, bringing together professionals, investors,
developers, institutions, and innovators from across the industry.
A special highlight this year was the Premium Real Estate Forum, where for the first time
Cobi Bitton hosted a Fireside Chat together with Leon Avigad, Founder of .
The discussion focused on the future of real estate and hospitality in the AI era, and on how
the traditional Mediterranean hospitality culture — the famous “Yia-Yia hospitality” spirit —
can successfully merge with modern, sophisticated, technology-driven hospitality concepts.

Another proud milestone for the Chamber this year was the participation of Chamber
members Ilanit Harel Tirosh and her partner Gil, founders of , who exhibited at the expo for
the first time and presented their projects and vision to the international audience.
Beyond the business agenda, the delegation also enjoyed valuable networking opportunities,
warm hospitality, inspiring conversations, and the strengthening of long-term friendships and
partnerships between the Israeli and Greek business communities.
As part of the Israel–Greece Chamber of Commerce delegation's activities at the Premium
Real Estate Expo 2026 in Athens, the Chamber's CEO, Kobi Bito, was interviewed by the
exhibition's official YouTube channel. In addition, he conducted a one-on-one interview with
Leon Avigad, co-founder of Brown Hotels and now part of Israel Canada Hotels Group,
discussing the future of the hospitality industry, the impact of artificial intelligence on the
guest experience, and the enduring importance of the human element in hospitality.
